1.4)  "Service" means an active subscription to the Website's one way link / backlink building program.

3) Distance Selling Regulations

3.1)   Due to the digital nature of the services of Links 4 Links no automatic right of refund or cancellation exists after you have purchased a link building subscription in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

4) Use of Links 4 Links Service

4.1)   You should ensure that any information supplied by you is correct before proceeding to payment. Links 4 Links does not accept responsibility or offer refunds if you provide incorrect information. Copyright in any Links 4 Links documents stored on the Website belongs to Links 4 Links unless specifically stated otherwise. You may not provide any document for re-sale or re-publish any document for free use by others. Any document published online as part of the terms of use of the Website or similar that is derived in whole or in part from a Links 4 Links document must have a visible, indexable and followable hyperlink back to the Website and an appropriate credit to Links 4 Links as the source of the document.

4.2)   Any script, file, source code or document provided to You by the Website as part of the Service is the sole property of the Website and must not be changed, re-sold, published, distributed or modified in any way.

In addition you agree that if, for any reason, Links 4 Links is liable for any damages, other than those for death or personal injury, the total liability of Links 4 Links shall be limited to the amount of the subscription service purchased plus an additional amount of £50. Links 4 Links will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of any free or promotional service or subscription offered on the Website.

We do not control such websites and We take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. 10.1)  If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

11) General

11.1)  Your statutory rights are not affected.

12) Jurisdiction

12.1)  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English law, and each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
